We are the largest production unit in Kolkata ,India daily 1500 pcs Welding Grain & Split JACKET & PANT.As in our stitching unit 35 machine men are well trained and they are only working on this products .We mainly produce this garments with better quality of leather , Thickness more than 1.1mm -1.4mm .The leather that has been used for Leather garments are mainly tested the PH level & Chrome VI free . Welding jackets and pants are the items of personal protective equipment (PPE) intended to protect welders from metal splatter and high heat by the use of fire resistant and thermally insulating materials. These articles are essential to protect welders from the adverse risk of welding, and come in many varieties according to the application's needs. This analysis will cover the safety options for the head, chest ,back , legs, and feet .Apparel explicitly well designed for welding applications lend their capabilities to the material of their construction. All the patterns are regularly checked , and well stitched with Kevlar thread. The Jacket is equipped also with buttons protection flap with easy & quick Velcro closure ( useful in case of emergency).
Gloves have a water repellency ranging from 30minutes : 100 minutes are manufactured by us. These gloves come in different colors . such a White, Yellow , Beige and Green. The leather used these gloves is treated with a very special chemical , which adds the water repellency in them.
Different type of cold protection Gloves has been developed by us. They have various special of linings such as cotton, foam , fur & Thinsulate . These gloves can protect from extreme cold conditions giving a warm feeling to our hands.
In India , Cow leather is most commonly used due to it’s abundant availability. The advantage include comfort , durability , excellent abrasion and breathability. Chrome tanning provides greater wear , heat resistance and water repellency.
Other type of leather that are found in India are of Buffallo , Goat, Sheep and CAMEL. These type of leather are also commonly used top produce leather gloves . And mainly Cow & Buffalo leather are used for leather garments.
Leather from different parts of the animal varies in its characteristics, and this has to be taken into account when using leather in products. The hide thickness varies all over the animal, and to get it to the right thickness it is usually split on a special cutting machine or buffed to an even thickness. The main parts of the hide are shown in the diagram below
