We produces 8 million pairs of gloves &every month which includes leather gloves in cow grain, split leather and also treated leather for water repellant, heat resistance etc. We use 250 sewing machines and 25 hydraulic clicker’s presses for our production. The workforces employed for production are professionally trained and highly skilled labors who adhere to the worker's health and safety guidelines. Apart from leather gloves we are specialized in leather welding apparels like Jackets / Aprons / Trousers / Arm and Leg Guards.
We also have a tannery at the Kolkata Leather Complex, which is instrumental in maintaining the quality of leather right from its raw stage.
The Industrial Work-wear Division produces worker clothes like overalls, trousers, shirts, bib pants, jackets, Hi-Visibility Garments & clothing for healthcare in various fabric qualities. Our monthly capacity for the same is 50000 Pcs.
